What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

We definitely do! We have an awesome referral program where you can get free cleans for a year! Additionally, enjoy lower rates for getting on a regular cleaning schedule with us and enjoy a FREE cleaning during your birthday month! Love Amazon Gift Cards? We got those for you too!

How do I schedule a cleaning appointment?

Please click on “Request an Estimate” button and fill out the form and we will contact you!

Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies?

Nope! We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment. You don’t need to worry about providing anything! Please notify us if you’d like our team to use your preferred products and have it readily available for us in time for your scheduled appointment.

How do we pay?

We make it incredibly easy to do so! Once the service is completed, we will send you an invoice. On top of that, you can save your card on file in your own client account and we can automatically charge it once a clean is completed and you won’t be bothered! All payments are secured.

Do we get incentives for referring our friends and family?

Absolutely! Our referral program is designed to provide you free cleans for a whole year! Additionally, all of your referrals will enjoy discounts on their cleans as well. Please visit the Referral Program tab to check it out!
